The staff was friendly and cute, and I felt at home. The entire place was impeccably clean, and this pristine environment was a highlight. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of a foot massage machine in my room. It was a lifesaver after long walks. It was so relaxing to return and unwind with that machine. Such a unique and considerate amenity.
The pillows and bed were a bit hard, made restful sleep a little challenging.

The hotel location is GREAT. Only a few minutes from the station. it is just one stop from shinjuku, and a few from shibuya. the hotel was super clean, and the beds were so comfy. i found a bit of extra space for a room in japan TOO.

i saw a NICE restaurant located on the ground floor and level 2. the reception area has complimentary tea and coffee available to all guests. you can find some other necessities there like tooth brushes and shower caps.

i was close to shin-okubo station, YAY. despite this proximity, it remains quiet and peaceful. the soft-close doors, blinds allow for complete darkness, and soundproofing create an ideal environment for sensitive sleepers.

The location is great. it is very close to shin-okubo station. It is only a 3-minute walk. the hotel is also quiet. our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. they delivered free water bottles and towels to our room daily.
the breakfast hours end too early. breakfast is until 10:00, but you must arrive before 9:30 because the kitchen closes then. i wish i knew it earlier.

the staff was very helpful and cute. daily, staff delivered fresh towels and water bottles to our room. the soft-close doors prevent loud slamming noises at night.
